Discovered that the resistance tubing ! bought at Target will not work for the "Cardio flexband workout" All was going well until I reached the point where the band was supposed to be tied in a knot and used for exercise, at which point it turned into a projectile and nearly missed hitting my dog.

Welcome to zeaLOG! Over my parents' Christmas visit, my mother was appalled at how tied I am to my devices. And she has called me a geek for a long time. I do work out :)

On to the "Pilates target specific plus" workout. Some exercises take place lying down...my dog thinks this is an excellent time to lick my face. Considering human/dog yoga instead. Also, need an exercise mat, as the bottom of my feet keep getting sweaty and make it impossible to balance
