So, I have been working out, just not keeping up with my logs. I'm going to try to get back into it because it is a very good thing to do...

ahhh!! indy! Now, I get it. :D You know, visiting a baby is a fine excuse to miss some exercise.

weights--upper body and abs. getting back to normal after too long a break while out of town...

cardio--30 minutes on stairmill, 10 minutes of major stretching and 20 minutes on treadclimber. Very sore from workout on Tues.

weights--emphasis on legs but with total body added in active rest periods.
no working out from the 21st through the 26th--went to Indy w/ mom and Grandma to see the new baby. Not a lot going on; probably didn't burn 500 calories per day sitting on my butt doing nothing...it was fun though.
