Is the customer always right? Sure. Well, not as often as you may think. I surely get screwed my fair share of the time. So, let's see if the customer is right or wrong. Track the number of times companies screw you here.

i've even pressed '1' just to try to get info @ the company they're calling from. they are trained to disconnect, but they say they are putting me on hold. can hear a roomful of telemarketers. obviously a scam, using defunct call i.d. #'s, but i want to GET THEM. this week, i've gotten over 20 calls.
