#whentheIs the customer always right? Sure. Well, not as often as you may think. I surely get screwed my fair share of the time. So, let's see if the customer is right or wrong. Track the number of times companies screw you here.

LOWE'S: Sold me a clearance fridge that was mint in the store and showed up dented and scratched to hell. Said they'd just replace the doors with good ones and now back-pedaling on the deal... offering extra 10% discount. GRRRR.

just because BH SEZ I owe $1K, doesn't mean I will open my checking account. BH MUST prove to me that I missed a payment and tell me which one and when, dammit! all I can come up with from what BH showed me is that I have a $20 credit. WORK to prove it.

CD agent said the best way to submit my previous suggestion was to complete the phone survey where "I could leave my comments on a recording." So, I transferred to the survey, took it and there was no opportunity to submit an open-ended suggestion.

Without going into the BofA saga from last week... I called and selected to speak to someone about my CD via the phone tree. Tree transferred me to general banking where I waited 10 minutes. Gen banking had to transfer to me to CD department where I wanted for another 10 minutes. What's the point of the phone tree?
