The water company shut off my water because they changed the address where you are supposed to mail your payment. Now, can someone tell me how my automated bill pay is supposed to know this when I'm trying to be paper-free?

American Airlines refuses to allow me to change the name on a ticket that I bought for a woman that I'm no longer dating, nor will they allow either of us to use the funds for future flights, nor will they refund the fare.
