if its having a big impact on your quality of life go see your doctor, because there are some meds that help, and why should you suffer? i take a parkinsons one, i know that sounds extreme, but its at a much lower dose than someone with parkinsons takes. it really helps, i do occasionally still get a flare up (which im tracking here) but i take an extra one for a few days too a week and it settles down again.
