Epic fail over the holidays on everything. I need to get back on the wagon. I do haveto say I rarely walk outdooors in the winter regardless it is like 17 degrees here now. I just do laps around the house, try to get an extra bunch in with every household chore, whatever, just keep moving instead of sitting on my butt ;)

Oh, of note I purchased a new pedometer that is WAY more accurate recently. The Omron HJ-112 Digital Premium Pedometer to be specific, and I adore it.
