ok...see this is my problem. I don't always know how to count how many hours. Like last night I don't know what time I got to bed and then I got woken up a few times and then woken up for work so I am not sure what time that was...though now that I think about it I could check that part.
totally. even if I could get an average of 8 with a 7 here and there and a 9 here and there I think I'd be doing well. It really would be good for me to work on keeping track more consistently.
I never feel like I get enough sleep. So I'm going to find out by keeping track. Then if I am not sleeping enough I will work on fixing it (heh) and if I am getting enough and am still tired I'll know to check out other reasons why I'm so tired!
