Significant Injuries (Clearly Nothing Fatal)
I imagine this to be like Rainman's journal of pain and suffering, or whatever it was he called it. We're not counting psychic injuries here. I'm doing my best estimate on long ago dates. Scale of injury: 1 is bruising, 10 is broken stuff, numbers inbetween represent levels of pain and lingering injury.

Halloween decoration fell over and whacked me on the arm. HUGE lingering bruise. For a few minutes, I considered that i might have broken my arm, but I know it is now just bruised and sore.

I'm guessing at the date. This is for the time I ran up to give someone a hug when they were wearing steel toed boots and I was sans shoes. Broken toe. Still hurts, btw.
