We had boot camp this morning at the park and it was VERY smoky. It felt like working out next to a recently extinguished camp fire.

Nice walk along the beach around Rio Del Mar -waves are good for the soul
Good for you! I've always wanted to do the Avon walk and I've never gotten organized to do it.
