6am. Cloudy. Less energy than yesterday. シュムーフって感じ。Went slightly different way - around Hilton. Looks like they're just building it. Knee fine.

Left at 10 to 7 today. So different at 7! People walking to work, more people jogging ... Had more energy to start with (and woke up w/out alarm) so ran faster from start. Went longer than usual in same time. Still had energy at end (and no podcasts on my iPod) so I ran up the hill for the first time. Good! Knee fine too :)

I had a knee operation in August 2007 and have been doing rehabili. On 27 April I went to hospital + the rehabili doc said I could try running for 10-15 mins. He said my knee still isn't strong enough for longer runs - there's the possibility of damage. So I tried for the first time on the 6th of May - slowly jogging for 10 mins. It was fine :)
