6am. 5kms. Forecast said showers, but was fine. Tried running a bit faster than last time, but kept forgetting and slowing down. Not getting highs yet. Two guys in camo gear stopped and got out of a car. Dodgy?

First run after clocks changed. So good! Starts to get light just after 6am now... great. Running with light is sooo much better. Easter Monday - no traffic. Awesome.

Almost a month off! omg ... Got a bit sick, recovered, rtb made me sick again ... nice to be back! So dark in the morning. 6:30am start.

I had a knee operation in August 2007 and have been doing rehabili. On 27 April I went to hospital + the rehabili doc said I could try running for 10-15 mins. He said my knee still isn't strong enough for longer runs - there's the possibility of damage. So I tried for the first time on the 6th of May - slowly jogging for 10 mins. It was fine :)
