I had a knee operation in August 2007 and have been doing rehabili. On 27 April I went to hospital + the rehabili doc said I could try running for 10-15 mins. He said my knee still isn't strong enough for longer runs - there's the possibility of damage. So I tried for the first time on the 6th of May - slowly jogging for 10 mins. It was fine :)

First day back after Monday's hospital visit ... knee was sore after that - first time ... hmmm. Today was OK, but towards the end got sharp pain :(
