Felt good today despite little sleep. 6am - up and out straight away. 5k. Fast in places ... still not hitting the real highs though. Saw a big boat drive past. Fine! Yay! And sunshine marks for the next three days!

I had a knee operation in August 2007 and have been doing rehabili. On 27 April I went to hospital + the rehabili doc said I could try running for 10-15 mins. He said my knee still isn't strong enough for longer runs - there's the possibility of damage. So I tried for the first time on the 6th of May - slowly jogging for 10 mins. It was fine :)
