geez..leaving me in the dust. I did two last night, 1.5 today. I will do 2 more tomorrow morning.
Alright, my goal for next week is to run 4 miles again once on Sunday probably. Bump it up to 4.5 on Wednesday. And probably then bike for 45-60 minutes on Friday as a warm up for Saturday.
