CF WoD: Turkish get-up (sounds like a sexy belly-dancing costume, no?); 4 rounds of running, some kind of hang-clean-thrust thing (sounds like an activity appropriate for our turkish belly-dancing costume), and burpee broad jumps. For the record: I like broad jumping.
Single-under jump-rope practice under a tree while waiting for laundry to finish. Do I get extra points for efficiency? (Can't do them in the apartment gym -- ceilings are too low!)
A few weeks ago Regina asked for me to put anything, but I haven't done anything of note. Some kettle bell swings here and there, but I don't even remember what days.
Also, I never walk to Starbucks. Maybe the drug store or something, sure, but that really doesn't count. Maybe one of these days I'll get back to Crossfit.
Crossfit, swimming, coach's workout, yoga . . . let's see how many non-running minutes we can rack up. Bonus points for aesthetically pleasing sweat angels.
