CF WoD: 5-5-5 Back Squat ("easy"); 3 super sets of: 2 rope climbs ("anywhich way you can, with or without blood"); 5 ring dips ("choose your level of ouch").
I always drink a lot of water and would then do 10 pushups after each trip to the bathroom. I should do that again, but need to figure out a way to easily track the time. Maybe some sort of chess clock.
My pain and awkwardness were mostly work-related today, but in between long stretches of sitting on my ass at my desk, I did pushups! Hmmm. Wonder if I can practice handstands in my office. . .
Crossfit, swimming, coach's workout, yoga . . . let's see how many non-running minutes we can rack up. Bonus points for aesthetically pleasing sweat angels.

I should always wait for Regina to describe the CF-WOD...her descriptions are always funnier than mine.
Managed about half of the rope-climbing with no leg assist and no burning/bleeding, so that's a boon!

I do a similar thing...every time I get a beer in my hand I start doing culrs...and then I pee a lot. No push-ups, though.

Can you apply a multiplier for each pushup? My push-ups take a long time, but maybe yours are short and consistent?
