CF-WOD: 5 rep max deadlift (215#); 3 sets 90% max reps of handstand pushups (6 per); 3 rounds for time of: short sprint, 30 double under attempts (<-- someday I will master this skill!)

CF-WOD: warm up with lots of stretching, 4 rounds for time: .4mile lap, 15 db thrusters, 25 pushups (punctuated, especially toward the end, with much grunting)!

@Regina I could do a multiplier, but the first set of 10 in the day is usually way faster than the 10th set of 10. I could do it for time, but that seems way harder.

I'll figure out something, though.
