(guess I originally did this a comment rather than a workout!)

CF-WoD: stretching and double-under work, then a workout that began with a thunderclap and heavy rain:

run 1 lap
25 wall balls
~1min rest~
200 single-unders
20 jump squats
35 kettlebell swings
~1min rest~
300m row
45 burpees

ow, quit it!

Power cleans (an elaborate exercise involving a vacuum cleaner and an extension cord);
Dumbbell bench presses (funny how the bench presses right back)'
Row 1000 m (Jeff's gondola went faster than mine).

CF-WoD: front-squats (now with less awkwardness and clavicle bruising!), db bench presses then super-sets of hanging toes-to-bar and straight-legged db deadlifts.

CF-WoD: My WoD was blown all to hell this morning when I pulled a quad muscle -- not while doing some crazy CF exercise, no; while sprinting across NY Ave. Box-steps; bench presses; half-assed hanging knee raises; DB dead lifts. Agh. And a lot of time with the foam roller and lacrosse ball.

CF-WOD: stretches and power cleans (using the women's bar by mistake, so I'm not as strong as I thought I was!) and dumbbell bench presses.

had to skip the timed burpee broad jump/pull up portion of the workout because I'm old and gimpity.
