WOD: handstand; row; wall balls; knees to elbows (which I can't do, apparently). Second workout of the day hurt a bit. Perhaps I need to eat more lunch.
Crossfit, swimming, coach's workout, yoga . . . let's see how many non-running minutes we can rack up. Bonus points for aesthetically pleasing sweat angels.
