Coach's sadistic workout. Lots of lunges (side, forward, back), some planks, and other pain. Got kicked out of the room before I finished, but I snuck some handstand practice in at the end.
Well, if you're going to start counting bike commutes, you'll easily put me to shame. Personally I'm going to keep this for my organized pain-and-awkwardness only.
Crossfit, swimming, coach's workout, yoga . . . let's see how many non-running minutes we can rack up. Bonus points for aesthetically pleasing sweat angels.
