CF-WoD: front-squats (now with less awkwardness and clavicle bruising!), db bench presses then super-sets of hanging toes-to-bar and straight-legged db deadlifts.
CF-WoD: My WoD was blown all to hell this morning when I pulled a quad muscle -- not while doing some crazy CF exercise, no; while sprinting across NY Ave. Box-steps; bench presses; half-assed hanging knee raises; DB dead lifts. Agh. And a lot of time with the foam roller and lacrosse ball.
Crossfit, swimming, coach's workout, yoga . . . let's see how many non-running minutes we can rack up. Bonus points for aesthetically pleasing sweat angels.
