i hate the 10 point scale system, i always worry im marking too high. if 0 is nothing and 10 is the worst pain imaginable, thats a big scale to fit in to 10 points. and i can imagine a lot.

i'm joining up. some days i feel like an alien is going to burst out of my chest. reflux? heart attack? yeah, you'd think. but i think it's aliens.
