My Weighty Goals
#myweight6I have no weight issues at all. I tend to get a little beer (wine) belly from time to time, but nothing I can't quickly correct. I am, however, incredibly competitive and wiling to kill myself to beat my family in a race to lose weight. Also, I'm 5'6.

The problem for me is that I have to be very motivated, and clearly being overweight isn't quite enough these days. That said, it's what I've been working on doing lately. Here's hoping it sticks this time. I could stand to lose 20+.

Losing the weight by skipping carbs. I know it's not for everyone, but I don't eat sweets to begin with and my bread and pasta intake are limited by my not liking them much. A woman I worked with last year lost 80lbs just by walking 30 minutes a day and giving up carbs after 2PM (took her a year and a half). I'm just trying to lose the muffin top before I get to Mexico :b Oh, there are plenty of veggies that I can still eat! And sugar free jello with whipped cream goes a long way when/if the sweet tooth hits.
