co-worker left incredibly sinful and delicious cupcakes in the kitchen.

I have excellent control when the sweets aren't around. If they are around, I'm screwed.

Say...aren't there some Girl Scout cookies in the cupboard? hmm...

Mmmm forbidden donuts

I have incredibly poor self-control, when it comes to sugary things I shouldn't eat. I will attempt to shame myself by tracking all of the "treats" I eat during the day, so I can see the full calorific horror.
