Making a U-Turn on the Road to Diabetes
#candy, diabetes, sugarAt work, there is a bottomless bowl of mini and "fun-sized" chocolate bars. I end up grabbing some every time I pass it, at least three pieces each time, and my waistline reflects that. My goal is to greatly reduce or even eliminate my mini-chocolate intake.

The countdown begins Monday! I'll be tallying up my chocolate intake, not restricting myself so that I have a control value. My hope is that just seeing, quantified, how much chocolate I actually eat, will shame me into eating less.
