Lose It! Calorie Budget
#loseitAnother weight loss LOG! I installed this fantastic app on my iPhone called Lose It!) (photo is their logo, ©Lose It, I presume). Over budget, enter a positive number. Under budget, enter a negative number. I've never been a huge fan of calorie counting, but if this app gets me to think twice before draining another beer down my gullet, then it's well worth it!
