It's scary seeing an actual real life correlation between my daily eating habits and the up and downs in this graph. It's as if eating less actually does reduce one's weight. What's frightening is that, there really is no excuse.
Just click on the "View" option above your graph, the magnifying glass icon, then select the "Rolling average" option. That should give you that average line, which I'm still trying to understand.

As of today, the rolling average doesn't work in the Flash graphs, but it will very soon.
