It's a sprint, not a marathon
#itsa1Mentally, I'm not great with the long distances. I like track or back and forth type runs because if I know I can quit at any moment, I won't. However, a long out and back seems like a you're not allowed to stop and the iconoclast in me wants to prove otherwise. Taking inspiration from the "Laydeez Only" 5 pounds chart, I'm going to track weight loss just 5 pounds at a time. I have more to lose than that, but each drop of 5 will reset back to 5. Let's see if THAT can get me going.

Yeah, but I sorta' cheated by gorging myself all weekend to have an easy starting point.
Well, that's not WHY I did it, but that's what happened nonetheless.

Actually, I've made a change - the 5 pounds are always consistent. Otherwise, it's even more confusing.
So, in this case, I am 3.3 pounds away from completing my next 5 pounds. Or maybe I should just go back to the old entries and add 5 for those so I can see the progress.
Yeah, maybe that.

RESET!
Now that I lost the first 5 pounds, I will be resetting tomorrow. Whatever my weight is tomorrow, that will start the next 5 pound chunk.
