whatevs. progress is still progress. We've had plenty of weekends where we've done that and not done ANYTHING to rectify it the following week.

Mentally, I'm not great with the long distances. I like track or back and forth type runs because if I know I can quit at any moment, I won't. However, a long out and back seems like a you're not allowed to stop and the iconoclast in me wants to prove otherwise. Taking inspiration from the "Laydeez Only" 5 pounds chart, I'm going to track weight loss just 5 pounds at a time. I have more to lose than that, but each drop of 5 will reset back to 5. Let's see if THAT can get me going.
