being one of those lucky folks who gets migraines, i always forget when i had the last one. probably 'cause my brain wants to forget about that day. 1-10 scale, but sometimes we go one louder to 11 like nigel tufnel. i.e. low numbers being onset symptoms, higher numbers reflecting more intense/obnoxious pain.

things are pretty ok, but i've made a major effort to keep drinking more water, less of just about anything else.
which also = not much fun, but meh... them's the brakes.
