being one of those lucky folks who gets migraines, i always forget when i had the last one. probably 'cause my brain wants to forget about that day. 1-10 scale, but sometimes we go one louder to 11 like nigel tufnel. i.e. low numbers being onset symptoms, higher numbers reflecting more intense/obnoxious pain.

yeah. i'm new to migraines, too. well, about 5 or 6 years. i found that mine are hormone relative, i was on the ortho evra patch (only 3 months) when they started. i stopped using it immediately, but the headaches stuck around. at least i didn't get a stroke (one of the other fun things they found out about the patch after it hit the population). assholes. now *i'm* babbling. i do have a LOT of other 'female parts' issues, though.

reluctantly joining. hate migraines. it seems i get a week-long string once a year or so, but i'm new to them and stuff. and things. i'm babbling.
anyway, they're a lot of fun. what's the ow scale? 1-10, 10 being so painful you become suicidal?

yeah. this was just a hint of a migraine (only the eye pain), and i just sat there trying to remember when my last one was...enter zeaLOG for future ref. migraines are so scary when they get bad & stick around, so yeah, detailed notes will help.

just had one glass of wine and i just got the headache "tickle" behind the eye. i've been stressed & not sleeping, it was bound to happen sometime.
