being one of those lucky folks who gets migraines, i always forget when i had the last one. probably 'cause my brain wants to forget about that day. 1-10 scale, but sometimes we go one louder to 11 like nigel tufnel. i.e. low numbers being onset symptoms, higher numbers reflecting more intense/obnoxious pain.

but to answer question, yeah... let's do a 1-10 scale. i can put that up into the header. 10 being suicidal, god i know that feeling. room's spinning, but can't close eyes, color spots, feeling like you're awake doing your own lobotomy....
