i am lucky in that i have 2 coworkers/bosses and they are health nuts.
1. they never have junk food around. they eat salads and home-baked bread for lunch EVERY DAY.
2. whenever i feel a craving, i'm shamed into not indulging by the mere presence of nothing but organic greens in the kitchen.
but it kinda sucks when clients or vendors send sugary thank-you gifts because they all have to go home with me. a dozen fudge brownies, 2-lb choc bar, 2 dozen butterscotch lollipops...

Hey at least you give it away! I wish my workplace was filled with organic greens, that's pretty cool.

Woo hoo! Congratulations! If you made it thru the day, treat yourself to something nice (that's not food-related). A new book, a massage... etc?

I dunno, that sounds like a "side" to your fruit salad since that's so low in calories, you can absorb some extra in the snax. That's my vote.
