Well, it wasn't exactly a jar, but a coworker (on an international program) had this beautiful assortment of dark chocolates from around the world on his desk. So hard to pass up; my choice was from San Domingue. It was bitter and heavenly.
I noticed that!! You know, if you comment on the TYPES of candy you like, they will actually stock up on it. I should say I love dark chocolate or licorice, then I'd be safe.

ha! Me too. I almost stubbed my toe on the way out though, passing the jar by the door, when I saw it had Reese's. It's going to be a looong day.
