Super Slimdown
#slimdownBegun June 1, 2008. I tried the South Beach plan and was successful (18 pounds lost). But then I got complacent. And heavier. My continuing effort to lighten the load. Join in the fun! // This is how I summarize the South Beach rules. Eat lots of veggies and salad, cheese and eggs, moderate portions of meat. Small portions of whole grains. Avoid the white versions of things (flour, sugar, rice). Red wine is permitted. Potatoes and beer are the devil.

And I'm with you, I'm certainly not done after this twenty, but I like to set smaller goals so I just say 20 when I'm starting, it's not in relation to an actual goal weight. I'd prefer to go in 10s!

Oof. Up 3 after vacation. Hoping a few days back on plan will knock that off quickly.

I'm not as done as you think. There is at least another 10 pounds to go once I get to zero, but I'm trying to do it in chunks so it seems less daunting.
