Eating homegrown fruit
#eatinghomegrownI have tangellos, plums, and lemons on my property. The lemons just finished in time to start the next crop, and the tangellos and plums are currently ripe. I should be eating at least one tangello and a couple plums a day (in addition to the jam). Especially when the husband will do the harvesting for me...

2 nectarines so far. My nectarine tree is in full-swing, expect all the fruit to be gone by the weekend so I am going beserk trying to pick/eat/freeze it all. My co-workers love me!

Confession: these are my landlord/neighbor's trees, so I have free reign to take as much as I want, but really no obligation to stay on top of anything. Only a couple of the trees and the grapes are on my side of the fence. Next up, figs!

staying on top is almost impossible, and I keep thinking "and I plan to add more...". Here's hoping they have rotating harvest times - but that's so hard to predict!
