I feel that I am doing an excellent job of completing my day of rest. :)

(Although I did still work out, but the old fashioned way.)

I've got a heart rate monitor here somewhere, but I do find it seems to chafe.

I did not do the challenge last night because I was too busy playing actual basketball. :)

Also, I am using a heart rate monitor, and it's showing a much higher number than the game is, so I'll be logging that one. ;)

Yeah, I'm not looking to outdo anyone - Mostly just looking for motivation to do the damn thing every day. :) But I do think the graph will be easier to read if we do calories. I'll change it - I guess we'll need to redo our existing entries?

What do you guys think? Should we switch to calories just to make it more readable?

In my constant quest to get into shape, I'm doing the 30 Day Challenge in the EA Sports Active game for the Wii. I'm hoping the fun new gadget factor will distract me from the fact that I'm working out. Feel free to jump in!
