zzzzzzz. log the quality/intensity of deeper sleep. being an insomniac, it's important when i get my dream on. 1-5: 1 meaning that you barely think you remember something/someone, 5 meaning you're lucid, kicking major ass, and/or flying. this all applies to nightmares, too.

gloria estefan dies in some sort of terrorist plot. bush holds state funeral, his last stupid event while in office, in her honor.
that's right, and when i thought, "wtf? a state funeral for gloria estefan?" *poof* woke up.

i can't recall ever smoking in my dreams in all those years i smoked, including those super naughty party puffs in jr high, or at least i had no dreams where my smoking was a major part. but now that i've quit, i had this dream in which i quit, had a drag and it was the most wonderful, sinful, delicious thing i ever did in my life. jeebus.
