a few slow miles in the park with E, the geneticist. We talked about gene-environment interactions, genome-wide association studies for nicotine and alcohol dependency, false-positive studies, and, of course, the genetics of sex.
Man, just when I thought I could sneak up on your graph you go and keep on running.
I definitely would like to increase my mileage (hence buying a running pack that carries water recently), but I need to better figure out a regular schedule and locate some more easily accessible trails.

Have I really not run on a trail since June? That seems wrong. I know I'm missing something here. Gotta check the GPS.

We ran (jogged? loped?) down to the National Cathedral to see the Fallen Finials from the Great 2011 Quake. Cool. Also, no pain.

I had about 6 miles yesterday, but they were on paved trails (not dirty trails like this), so I put them on my new log. http://zealog.com/zealogs/c...
