Okay so I fell off the wagon, but I am jumping back on. Am starting again with 2 part of my 1 week one. Let's see if I can stick with it.

Yippee. It helps talking vacations with athletic skinny girls. They keep you on track. Even Kade ran 3 miles on Friday.
