Actually, walked the first 2.88 miles (didn't want to be too gross when getting my haircut) and then ran the 2.88 back. The total time for both legs was 84 minutes (which includes stop lights) which is a 20 mile pace of 4 hours and 51 minutes.
I have no idea why I might want to run an ultra, but I kinda' do. So, I'll see what kind of mileage I can rack up in order to run the Skyline to the Sea trail all in one go.

It wasn't trail running, so I shouldn't really count it there, but I did anyway. And I will count it here, too. Fifty K, here we come!

Impressive.
Someday I will run again, too.

Barefoot on the track.
Time was good. Skin on my feet were shot. I guess I hadn't been doing enough barefoot running lately.

Barefoot, track. Faster than Wednesday. Mostly focussed on technique and turnover speed.
Did one sprint after and instantly tweaked my groin. Unsure of the severity and how it may affect the next week or so.
Good news is feet were totally fine and there is no soreness of calves or anything else today.
