I ran the 10min run/3walk/10run and started to get a sidestitch 3 mins from the end. It wasn't as bad as during the 20 min run, though! My route today was along a woodsy bike path to the next hood over. A (balloon?) spider drifted into my face at one point and I had webs all over. Ew-ew-ew-ew!!!
Bleh, worst run. I walked 5, ran 10, and got the worst stitch in my side. I think I sabotaged myself. I ate a big lunch pretty late, only about an hour and a half ago, and then tried to run faster than ever. I did it, but then couldn't finish the run.
