going to try this a different way. not going to ramp up the 100pushups way, but just going to do reps of a reasonable amount throughout the day and see how that goes. ((also doing jump rope)). Have been doing this for a few days now and feel okay about being moderately committed to it. :) This is a set of 20 and a set of 15.
Exercise has so many benefits other than making you a beefcake. Its good for elevates you mood, boosts your immune system, helps you control you weight, strengthens your heart and lungs, and can improve your sleep and sex life (in more ways than just attracting a mate). Snap to it guys, start working out again!
