I am only pumping twice per day now. When I pumped three times I found that over the weekend I had WAY too much milk. I could seriously keep triplets happy with the amount of milk I have in these here milking jugs. Sheesh!
I want to log everyday to see if production slows down at all. If it does then I will have to adjust my diet or fluid intake. There are also teas I can drink that will help, too.
