I've never been into the Olympics, but they've been on a fair amount in the background while doing other things. I thought the opening ceremonies were pretty amazing. These photos were especially so.
went to a party on friday but was feeling low-energy so i ducked into the living room and watched the opening ceremony. really cool stuff! sorry to have missed gymnastics--that stuff amazes me. little known fact about me: when i was wee, i was pretty good on the balance beam with the best dismount on the team.
