@edubya, i tested a few forms of bacon cinnamon rolls. found that if you cook the bacon in a pan (about 1/2 way done), then wrap in pre-made rolls, they come out better. too much bacon fat settles down in the middle (and not in a cooked yummy way) if it's just raw bacon.
