i spent a week looking for one of my favorite rings. of course it's the only small, delicate piece of jewelry i wear. i tend to go for things in a bigger scale--they suit me better. anyway, i FINALLY found it. on the floor under my desk, right where i sit for hours every day. o. m. g. please stamp "MORON" on my head and be done with it.
I don't understand this expression - of course it's always in the last place you look, after you find it, you stop looking!!!
Anyway, this is the number of times a day I spend 5 minutes trying to find my glasses, only to realise they are on my face, etc.
