found a cab receipt from SXSW last year, which is awesome cus it was only almost EXACTLY a year ago. I guess that one didn't make it on my expense report.
i told my sister in law about my measuring tape and she said, "i got you beat. i feel like my head is only good for keeping up my glasses these days. the other day i asked my dad where my phone was WHILE TALKING TO HIM ON THE PHONE."
I don't understand this expression - of course it's always in the last place you look, after you find it, you stop looking!!!
Anyway, this is the number of times a day I spend 5 minutes trying to find my glasses, only to realise they are on my face, etc.

looked everywhere for the lid off my pen, lifted cushions, moved papers etc etc. sat down to have a rest, picked up pen... it's on the end of the pen.
