no cheese for dinner last night - but that big ol' plate of fried chicken w/ mashed potatoes and gravy from Stroud's sho wuz gooooood!

my problem is that there's always something going on and i have no public will power. i'm fine at home and at work, but when i'm out with friends, all bets are off. with the holiday weekend ahead, i'm not hopeful that things will be changing soon...
